Why leadership only?

Because the five decisions are yours - budget, policy, accountability. Staff sessions build reflexes; this session builds the rules those reflexes live under. They work best in that order: decide, then drill.

Is this a sales presentation in disguise?

No - “no products pitched” is the format. The memo maps each decision to options, including free and do-it-yourself ones. If one of them is ours, it’s listed with its published price like everything else.

Can our IT provider join?

Welcome, for the second half - the first half is owners only so the money questions get asked out loud. Most IT providers appreciate leaving with clear directions instead of vague worry.
