We don’t haggle. If budget is tight we adjust what’s included, on paper, so the price you saw is the price you pay.
Payment plans over $3,000
50 / 25 / 25 on request - we flex the cash flow, never the price.
Published programs, not negotiations
Nonprofit rate card (at cost, one per quarter) · second location −15%, printed on the quote · referral credit $100, both sides · Partner Plan clients get 10% off project work.
Booking and rescheduling
A signed SOW books the date. Reschedule free 10+ business days out; 25% fee inside that window.
Specialists are disclosed
Partner-delivered testing is quoted by the partner and billed transparently - we never mark up a test invisibly, and our coordination role is stated in the SOW.
