The complete engagement · one business day

Leadership decided. Team drilled. Plan signed. By 5 p.m.

The Cyber Readiness Day is our most complete engagement - for owners who want it handled. Morning: the executive briefing, five decisions signed. Midday: the full Cyber Fire Drill for your whole team, including The Heist. Afternoon: a breach tabletop rehearsed against your real contact list, then a planning hour that ends with the 30-day plan signed - not circulated.

  • Leaders and staff hear the same truths on the same day - alignment you can’t buy piecemeal
  • Every artifact we make, in one engagement: memo, scorecard, certificates, plan
  • The first hour of a bad Monday, rehearsed with your actual phone numbers

Fixed prices, published. A person replies the same business day.

Questions owners actually ask

Why one day instead of separate sessions?

Because alignment is the product. When leadership signs the rules in the morning and the team drills them by afternoon, nobody spends three months wondering who decided what. The plan ships signed because everyone who matters was in the building.

Is a full day realistic for a working office?

Clinics close for admin days; firms run it on a Friday. Staff attend the midday drill only - leadership carries the morning and afternoon. We scout the room a week ahead so the day itself runs on rails.

What happens afterward?

The report lands within three business days, the follow-up call at two weeks, and the plan’s top three items usually become a Security Tune-Up - your call, your timeline, prices already published.

One day. Handled.

The version of this that takes a quarter costs more - in invoices and in the months of being unready.
