We deliver a limited number of Readiness Days per quarter - the calendar is real, and so is the prep.
Questions owners actually ask
Why one day instead of separate sessions?
Because alignment is the product. When leadership signs the rules in the morning and the team drills them by afternoon, nobody spends three months wondering who decided what. The plan ships signed because everyone who matters was in the building.
Is a full day realistic for a working office?
Clinics close for admin days; firms run it on a Friday. Staff attend the midday drill only - leadership carries the morning and afternoon. We scout the room a week ahead so the day itself runs on rails.
What happens afterward?
The report lands within three business days, the follow-up call at two weeks, and the plan’s top three items usually become a Security Tune-Up - your call, your timeline, prices already published.
